Welcome to Triangle Montessori Academy
We are a new, year round, private Montessori preschool located in the heart of Cary. Our teachers are AMS certified and highly educated. Triangle Montessori Academy is affiliated with AMS "American Montessori Society".
Our school is newly renovated on a spacious, green one acre lot. The children have access to a beautiful playground and an organic vegetable and flower garden directly from their classroom.
We follow the principles of the Montessori pedagogics, which is grounded in the observations, methods and philosophy developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Our goal is to foster a peaceful and safe environment based on mutual respect, where children can explore, discover and learn.
As part of our school’s standard curriculum we offer weekly music classes, where children learn to play the recorder and the "sol-fa" through the Kodaly method.
We also offer introduction to chess and children's yoga.
We have daily gymnastics in our own gym room.
We aim to leave our students with life-long fond memories of their preschool years with us. Our directresses are dedicated to providing a loving and nurturing environment for the children at TMA.
